实验室研究生时晨皓受邀将于2017年5月赴加拿大Thompson Rivers University访学，师从该校计算机科学系Ning Lu博士，协助开展“车联网协作通信”领域的研究工作。Ning Lu博士与实验室建立了长期合作关系，前期已取得了阶段性合作成效，双方计划在“车联网协同技术”国际联合实验室的依托下，继续深入开展科研人员互访和国际联合测试等合作。

Ning Lu received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Tongji University, Shanghai, China, in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2015, all in electrical engineering. Subsequently, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. He is currently an assistant professor in the Dept. of Computing Science at Thompson Rivers University, Canada. His research focuses on fundamentals of wireless networking with special interest in connected vehicles. He served as a Technical Program Committee Member of the IEEE PIMRC'12, WCSP'13, WCSP'14, and ICNC'15.
